<aside> ❓ You can adjust the Pomodoro timer and background by clicking the settings wheel. To learn more about Pomodoro method, click here. The Pomodoro method is really great for ADHD folks, I like to do a 25 minute work session with 5-10 minute breaks, but you can adjust it to your liking.
