<aside> ☀️ Here is where you should write down why you want to work on these habits. Having a strong reason for doing something helps you when things get difficult.

<aside> ☀️ This habit tracker is made with ADHD people in mind, here is how it works: when you click on the “NEW DAY” button it populates the calendar with a day of habits for TODAY. As you do those habits, you use the buttons on the left (or the checkboxes on the calendar) to mark off your habits. Why do I like it this way? If I skip like a few days of habits, I don’t have to click the “NEW DAY” button, and I’m not left with empty checkboxes staring back at me, in shame. LOL.

You have permission to go as slowly as you need. It will always be here for you anytime you are ready to use it. There is no rush. You are doing a great job just as you are! You should be proud of yourself.
