<aside> ❓ I think it is super important as an ADHD person to reflect on things by the month. Often times I forget when things happen, what I was feeling during a time, or events that were going on. This template allows me to catalog stuff easily throughout the month so that I remember what happened. And sometimes, that means entering everything on the 29th of that month lol. Whenever you decide to enter the info, know it will be so helpful for you and it really is worth the time to write what happened. Plus, it’s not like a journal feelsy-type of way, it’s just stating facts and stuff. You can do it!
