Phase 1 - Menstrual (aka winter). First full day of bleeding is day #1, lasts 3-7 days
Phase 2 - Follicular (aka spring). Starts end of your bleed. Lasts 7-14 days.
Phase 3 - Ovulatory (aka summer). Occurs 14-21 days after bleed ends. Lasts 3-5 days.
Phase 4 - Luteal (aka fall). Begins when ovulation ends, ends on the first day of your bleed. Usually day 15/16 in your cycle.
